Singapore General Hospital – 20th December 2008 3pm

Service Rated:

*****

On the 20th December 2008, we, who were seok cheng and yun xiang went to Singapore General hospital to consult from the doctor of a good health life style. Also due to our past experience SHG had provided an excellent service to the patient and visitor. The day before, we actually called up SGH to book an appointment. The speaker on the phone greeted us and then drop down our details. On that actual day, we took shuttle bus which SGH had provided. We felt very fortunate as we were not familiarizing with the place. After we had dropped the shuttle bus, we approach the front desk receptionist. We were very pleased to say that the staffs there are well trained, polite and greeted us with a smile and lighten our day.

The duties

We continued to seek enquiry from the receptionist. We actually decided doing a check up as Yun Xiang always fall sick due to smoking. We told her that Yun Xiang would like to do a check up and ask how much does it cost to consult a doctor. She smile and replied us “Are you a Singapore and is this your first visit?” we replied “Yes to all”. Then she told us that consultant fee is $35 and the medicine will have to collect from the counter right outside the entrance. As yun xiang was coughing very badly, she gently suggested us to seek for the doctor remedies and told us not overlooks or neglect the illness before it gets worst. So we follow her advice.
